What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment with PayPal. All credit cards used for payment must have a valid billing address.
Are my payments secure?
Yes. All orders are encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. In order for SSL to work, you must use an SSL-enabled browser.
For your own safety we do not save any payment information. Payments are made directly through PayPal—certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification, so we can guarantee that important information stays confidential and private.
How do I check the status of an order?
If you created an account, go to SHOP > MY ACCOUNT and log in with your username and password.
Under “Orders” you can see a list of all your orders, and the status of each one – for example “Processing”, “Cancelled”, “On Hold” etc.
Clicking on the “View”button at the end of a row will show you the full detail of each order, including what you bought, the prices, billing and shipping address etc.

Which countries do we ship to?
We ship to UK, United States and Europe. Our aim is to cover as many countries as possible, but some products might not be available to ship to your country. If you are in any doubt, please contact us before ordering.
How much will shipping cost me?
Shipping costs depend on your destination and the size/weight of the product(s).Shipping costs are clearly stated on the checkout page while buying. Each time you add or remove an item on the shopping cart page, the shipping cost will be updated. You may also calculate the cost of shipping before you check out, using the ‘Calculate Shipping’ button on the Cart page. Choose your destination country and then click ‘Update Totals’.
*Some countries may charge customs and duties for your parcel. You are responsible for these customs and duties charges.
How long does it take normally for an order to arrive?
Delivery time depends on your location. As a rough estimate, delivery to the UK takes about 4 days, to mainland Europe, about 7 days and to the US about 14 days.

Why am I required to register before making a purchase?
Registering is quick and easy, we require only a password in addition to the email address that you provide. Having an account lets you easily keep track of your orders’ status from your dashboard. You can order with registering for an account if you prefer to do so (‘Guest checkout’).
How do I change my email settings?
To change your connected email address or change your email notifications, follow the steps below:
At the top of any page you’ll see a link called ‘Shop’, under which you will find ’My Account’ (or your username if you’re signed in). Click on this to access your user account dashboard.
Select “Account settings”. You are then able to change your connected email address, shipping address, and specify if you’d like to receive email from us.
